environment surrounding conducting business with both government and
non-government companies and organisations is technical and complex and
non-compliance, whether through ignorance or neglect, can have
significant financial and legal consequences. With ISS conducting a
large amount of business throughout the world, the requirements for all
levels of personnel to have an adequate understanding of the regulations
governing business is paramount.
This course has
been designed to provide employees at all levels with a fundamental
knowledge of these regulations so as to help them understand the
pitfalls surrounding business transactions.

• Defining Governance, Ethics, Compliance, and Regulations
• In-depth
look at legislation and regulations governing business
• The
practical application of these regulations in day to day business, with a
focus on amongst other gifts, bribes, false claims, kick-backs and
friendships with government officials.
